About this property

Welcome to Prancing Horse Estates! This happy sunny guest home is located on 10 private, gated acres close to The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Houston. You’ll love it if you like elegant open indoor style combined with beautiful outdoor space. Acreage-4 meadow and 6 wooded with 2 paths to the creek - with lovely space outdoors incl BBQ, pool, waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, seating/dining for 20. Note up to 6 guests are included in the room rate, additonal day visitors or overnight guests are $35 per person per night (up to 16 max). The home is 1 story, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining area, and family room. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 2 PAC n play and 1 toddler bed available, as well as air mattresses upon request.

We can assist with car rental, restaurant reservations, almost any request. We live in the main villa on the acreage.

Check in is after 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. A valid photo ID is required via text PRIOR to arrival. All guests must be registered and paid for two days in advance, including any visitors. We provide a 10% active military and police / fireman discount (ID req). We also provide a 20% repeat 5 star guest discount~we love our repeat guests!

Amazing property with such lovely hosts

We had such an amazing time at Kelly's property. The house had absolutely everything we could need including an abundance of toys for my 3 year old and even things for my 5 month old. They even had golf clubs for my husband and father to enjoy a round of golf at a nearby golf course. Kelly was an exceptional host, from bringing us fresh eggs in the morning, & letting my son pet some chickens to giving us some great BBQ recommendations. The only issues we had we some minor communication problems. When we arrived we weren't yet given the gate code and had to wait a short amount of time until we could get in contact with Kelly and get the code. Another communication issue we had was one night trying to use the hot tub. It is controlled by Kelly and requires us to ask for it to be turned on (and off). And on this particular night Kelly was unreachable. However, the next morning a very apologetic Kelly made up for it with some mimosas. Again these were very minor issues in the grand scheme of things and didn't taint our view on how lovely this house, property and host are. If were ever back in the Houston area we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you Kelly!

Perfect getaway

This property was the perfect place for us to host an engagement celebration. The home and surrounding property were both beautiful and functional. The pool, hot tub, and landscaping were well maintained and a perfect setting for our gathering. The host was so welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Would not hesitate to book the home again and highly recommend to others.

Amazing Stay!

The house is full of fun inside and outside! Everything is spectacular! Kids to elder, all of us had fun! We all loved the environment. Cleanliness is 10/10. Safe place to bring the whole family. Highly recommended! We'll definitely come back again. Thank you Ms Kelly for accomodating us. Everything is awesome!

Perfect Get Away

Our family had an amazing week at Kelly’s home. The house was huge, so plenty of room to spread out. Everything was well decorated and we had every we needed. It was great having fresh eggs that Kelly delivered to our door. Lots of games and puzzles to keep us busy when it rained. We didn’t have really young kids but if you do there was a room just for them full of toys! The back yard with pool and spa was wonderful! So quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Private, gated, 10 acre wooded plus meadows property with lovely 3200 sq ft guest house and 6800 sq ft main villa, where owners reside. The land is filled with local flora and fauna with a creek running throughout. Lake Conroe is 5 miles away with boat rentals, jet skis, restaurants on the water. The Woodlands is great for excellent dining and shopping. The weather is warm enough to swim most of the year. The 3,200 sq ft brick guest home is beautiful and inviting inside and out. The deer bed down here every night and the chickens provide fresh eggs. Love to have you come and stay!

What makes this property unique

The absolute peace and quiet of the forest and meadows. Coffee with a friendly herd of deer and songbirds every morning just a few feet away. The lake 5 miles away - fishing, boat rentals, jet skis. Shopping and dining in the Woodlands, so many GREAT restaurants. A day trip to Galveston to enjoy the beach, seafood, or jump on a cruise ship. Visit NASA or the Houston Zoo or the Museum of Nat. Science. So many things to do, so close and yet the property is entirely quiet and feels so remote from it all.
