About this property

Tiny Gem near Snow Canyon

This Gem sits in Ivins, which is surrounded by beautiful red rocks and mountains, including Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn, both less than 2 miles away. It is only about 3 miles from St. George and minutes from multiple biking and hiking trails. It is a little over an hour from some of the most beautiful national parks in the nation, including Zions, and Bryce, and only 2 hours from Lake Powell. It is an outdoor enthusiasts' paradise with innumerable trails and gardens throughout the city. Ivins was designed with limited lighting and well designed streets that magnify it's beauty.
The mobile home sits on a quarter acre lot with a fire pit and well manicured desert themed yard. It offers a lot of privacy although it is in a small neighborhood.
You can't help but marvel at the beauty that surrounds you on every side.
There is a small corner deli with multiple fresh food options available, including soups, salads, sandwiches, and frozen entrees.
If you like the outdoors, you will love this location!

Nice, quiet location. Beautiful view of Red Rocks.
Overall, we enjoyed our weekend getaway. The mobile home is clean, the yard is large and the neighborhood is quiet. Very close to the beauty that Southern Utah has to offer those of us who love the outdoors! For us, the only drawback was that the bed in the master was too firm. We picked up dinner at Arrabiata, a small local restaurant where you're treated like family. The food was delicious! We thank Sharron for a quiet little place to enjoy our weekend getaway.

It was well acquainted. Pretty much everything you would need. Even scissors. The first bedroom I went to bed in had musty sheets. I pulled them off and put them in the washer. I slept in the other bedroom and it was fine. Over all it was comfortable.

Nice place as described.
My only complaint is the air fresheners were so intense it was almost toxic when I got there, considered leaving due to this. Had to air it out for the first 2-days which was difficult with the windows. Other than that is was good.

In a beautiful place off high traffic areas. Easy access to St George area.
The owner was easy to work with. Sharron made sure I could stay as long as needed. Very accommodating and was willing to discount a long stay. Thank you Sharron so very much!!

Huge property with a homey feel. It was clean and smelled nice.
We were very happy with the amount of parking available because we had a truck and trailer that fit perfectly! The appliances that we used all worked and the home itself was just cozy. We were only about 20 minutes from sand hollow which is what we made the trip for so that was super convenient. We also had dinner reservations at the anasazi in st George and we were only about 10 minutes away from there. Overall we loved this place and would stay again in the future!

I am a 70+ year old who loves anything outdoors. I traveled extensively for business for 30 years and never lost the bug. My life motto is "see something beautiful everyday". Enjoy your life without hurting someone else.
I am lucky enough to own property in the beautiful mountains of Utah, a small place in Lake Havasu Arizona, and this property in Ivins. All beautiful locations.

Why they chose this property

I have always loved the St. George area because of the outdoor opportunities afforded. Ivins is one of the most beautiful cities anywhere. It offers all outdoor activities, including Hiking, biking, rock climbing, golf, boating at local reservoirs. You name it!!!!

What makes this property unique

Snow Canyon, Tuacahn outdoor Amphitheater and numerous hiking/biking trails are within a mile or two from the trailer. It literally sits in one of the most beautiful cities anywhere.
You will have access to the entire trailer with a 60X10ft deck, and a quarter acre yard to relax and enjoy. A fire pit offers warmth in the winter.
