Kalamaki Court (1 Bd) - charming small holiday complex with swimming pool

The location of the Kalamaki Court is in a private secure complex & situated in the popular resort of Kalamaki, surrounded by olive groves typical of the Greek countryside. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the resort and beautiful crystal clear waters of the Kalamaki beach, also a wide variety of tavernas and shops are within a few minutes walk from the complex so a car is not necessary.

Each villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable.

In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery and utensils you will need.

The lounge has a sofa, coffee table and TV, in the kitchen section is the dining area with a breakfast table for eating indoors and also an outdoor table & chairs on the veranda leading from the patio doors in the lounge overlooking the swimming pool & lovely gardens.

The one bed units have just 1 bedroom on the first floor to accommodate 2 persons. Also on the first floor is the main bathroom with bath/shower.

Kalamaki is a family style holiday resort, 4 km from the traditional Greek town of Zakynthos and 3 km from Zante airport.

The 8 km long beach at Kalamaki has a sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. The beach of Kalamaki is also the renowned reproduction area for the famous Caretta sea turtle, which can been seen during the summer months swimming in the clear blue waters.

Holidaymakers that come to Kalamaki return year after year as the resort provides a wonderful location with its lovely beach, variety of local tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops.

Kalamaki court villas

Beautiful house, great swimming pool with wonderful water. Cleaning could be better. Not much to do in the area but a taxi only costs € 6.

the villa

we had booked a week at the kalamaki villas, the villa was absolutely beautiful. it felt very safe as it has security gates, very clean and tidy and had everything init you needed. the only thing that was missing was a shot gun for all the dogs that did nothing but constantly bark all day and all night, they drove us nuts.

Perfect Place

The place was fantastic, a very good and clean villa, we had everything in the house. The location is great, near the villa is a shop were you can buy everything. We had all the facilities in the house and 2 terraces, is the best place i've been untill now. The 2 pools are very nice and clean, and the sunbeds to. We had a great time.

a paradise into a paradise!

It's a beautiful place in a perfect location. All villas are very nice, with all comforts, cured in all details and very clean. The location is perfect: it's close to all the tourist attractions and the most beautiful beaches.

Lovely Villas

We had a two bedroom villa at Kalamaki Court and found it to be well equipped and spotlessly clean for our stay. The site itself is secured behind key-coded doors and has two reasonable sized swimming pools that never became overcrowded during our stay. I would think that this would be particularly popular with families that have small children. Although fairly close to the airport you are not at all disturbed by it and if you hire a car you are well placed to easily reach the main town Zakynthos (10mins) and the best beaches on the south of the island (20 mins). There is a little shop very close by for you to get your essentials, although for those that want to walk to the Kalamaki for the bars and beach I think that it would be quite a hike (15-20 minutes). It is our second visit to Zante and we thought that Kalamaki court provided an excellent base to explore the island from and the staff on the site were very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
