Air-conditioned, fully equipped Duplex (maisonette) 2 bed room apartment on 4th floor (w/lift) with lovely sea view, accommodates 4.

Downstairs bedroom with standard size double bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) and TV, radio/CD, bathroom with walk in shower.

Top bedroom with two standard single beds (90 x 190 cm), small private terrace, own bathroom with bath-tub. First Aid Kit. Fire extinguisher.

Towels/bed linen/hairdryers provided. Beach towels, beach chairs and yoga mats also provided.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, kitchenware, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), juice squeezer. Welcome kit: water, coffee/tea, milk and cookies. Fire extinguisher.

Living-room: Dining table seats 6, 3 seat sofa/coffee table, SMART TV, cozy homely decoration.

16 m2 South facing terrace with sea & mountain view: table and 6 chairs, 4 sun-beds, big sunshade, laundry racks/clothes pegs. Midday/afternoon sun.

2 swimming pools plus paddling pool and well-kept private gardens, children’s playground.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful setting

The duplex is just as it shows in the photos: well-kept, clean and comfortable. We were thrilled to use the pool on-site, and it was a quick walk to the beach. There was a generous welcome from our host and she was very helpful at all times. It was a relaxing stay, just what we needed. We would return.

Why they chose this property

The first time I set foot in Marbella in the early nineties I fell in love with the place. I decided that this was a great place to retire. Marbella has maintained its local village atmosphere but with an international flavor. So I started looking around to buy an apartment here. Location close to sea and town and two bedrooms were the main features I was looking for. I found this property which has both sea and mountain view , it is located in a beautiful garden and it is walking distance to shops. Now I really enjoy my life here. Marbella offers a lot of cultural activities, such as concerts, festivals and events. It has a great climate, infrastructure, cleanliness, safe beaches and warm, friendly people with a fascinating culture.

What makes this property unique

A place to relax and enjoy life. Most convenient location, wonderful sea and mountain views, tranquil beautiful gardens and pools. South facing ample terrace (4x4)=16sqm, afternoon sun, ideal for sunbathing and outside dining. Close to the beaches and shopping.
