Situated on a cul-de-sac with lots of shade from mature trees, it won't take long for you to fall in love. Hardwood floors, wood plantation shutters for windows and glass sliding doors, crown molding, large kitchen with breakfast bar, breakfast nook, double ovens, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, stone back splash and much more to list make this home incredibly unique.
Seaside Sanctuary can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of closet space, an en-suite bathroom and reading corner. The pool is always only a few steps away through the sliding glass doors. The bedroom right around the corner has a single bed with trundle bed below. It can either be used as an office, though we hope you won't be bringing much work with you on vacation, or is perfectly situated in the house to keep an en eye on two sleeping children. The other two bedrooms have a king and queen size bed and share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Both of the 2 bathrooms have been updated
Directly off the kitchen is an air conditioned bonus room that is tiled with a wet bar, has a pool table and makes an ideal entertainment area with direct access to the pool area. The deep saltwater pool with pebble tech finish is surrounded with travertine tile and wood decking with a fabulous water views. Cool off during a warm day under the grande tiki hut, use the propane BBQ at night for steaks, skewers or the catch of the day, and simply relax.
