About this property

Kick back and relax in our clean, comfortable, and convenient beach side condo with water views. Gulf Village is a low density, family friendly complex on West Beach Blvd. First floor unit is up one flight of stairs. You are literally steps away from the beach and pool.

Unwind after a day of sun or enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck with water view. Beds include one queen and two twins. We have a 42' wall mounted TV when you need to escape from the sun. New pier on the lagoon owned by the complex is perfect for those who want to fish or just relax away from the beach.

We are only 1.2 miles down West Beach Blvd from the popular attractions including the Hang Out and Pink Pony. Take a short walk to Bahama Bob's for laid back beach food. Across the street is a second complex pool. Outdoor grills are available for your use. Or dine on local seafood purchased at one of the many nearby shops. The kitchen has everything you will need. Need a break from the beach? The kids will love the nearby water park or miniature golf. Internet access is provided for your convenience. We do request a 3 night minimum stay. Family Vacation

This was a last minute, first trip to Gulf Shores. We enjoyed every minute of it! The beach was just a few steps from the condo. Gulf Village was an older resort but nice. The owner, Janice was absolutely wonderful to work with. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. definitely be back.

Beach Vaca

It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and appliances, even had a small George Foreman grill! We loved the convenience of being right on the beach! Easy access to stores, restaurants and adventures.

The room was nice and roomy. Outside the door was a nice covered patio area and it was just steps away from the beach. The owner was very nice and kept in touch. Very comfortable way to to spend your vacation. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Little VRBO- Right Near The Beach

This was our 1st visit to Gulf Shores and we loved it! Condo was right on the beach! Nice little place, we had just enough towels and dishes to get us through the week. :)

Amazing Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Janice’s condo was perfect for our family of four. The location was great! Short walk to the beach from the condo. The pool was awesome; very clean and crisply cool after hanging at the beach all day! It didn’t effect us at all, but others may want to know that there is no elevator in this section. We will definitely look at staying here again! Thank you, Janice!!!

Great beach location

We were very happy with how close this property is to the beach and how easily accessible it was. The pool was nice and clean. The property was also nice and clean and well equipped with anything we might need. The A/C worked wonderfully and kept us nice and cool all day and night. The host was kind and quickly responsive to any questions I had. Great location close to everything!

Highly recommend this rental. Janice the owner was very attentive and thorough. This rental had everything we needed to cook and thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Very clean and great location with a pool right outside your door in the beach just beyond.

Great location, great communication equals great times.

We had a blast being so close to the beach for some wading and shelling. Having a pool to swim in was a huge hit with the 7 year old. Janice did a great job ensuring we were all squared away and was very communicative. I would recommend this to any family with one or two smaller kiddos.

Absolutely perfect!

Perfect for a long weekend getaway with the hubby. With COVID, it was very important to me not to be at a big resort. I loved gulf village. It was so easy to get to the beach. The pool was nice to although we never went to the pool. We will for sure visit again!
