The space
This 1-bedroom, 1-bath. 1 bathroom , and 1/2 bathroom home offers a cozy stay, complete with a brand new queen size bed and a Smart TV with super fast Internet to stream Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

Unwind after a day in sunny San Diego by cooling off with the AC or enjoying your own private backyard, where you dogs can run. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of 2 private back parking spaces and a keyless entry locks on both the front and back doors.

Just like home, the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, and even paper goods and cleaning supplies. And to make life even easier, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

The duplex is perfect for 1 person or a couple. Due to the high end sofa sleeper, 2 more can sleep in comfort in the living room.

The bathroom and half bathroom are accessible from both the bedroom and the kitchen, so anyone sleeping on the sofa-sleeper has access to it.

While there is space for 3-4 to sleep comfortably, it is not a large unit.

Perfect for traveling nurse(s) and many other

My nurse friend and I had a great stay. This place is ideal for dogs, but we don’t have one. Ohh well. It is new, clean, safe, and worked great for our assignment. Having a real kitchen and your own laundry is really helpful when you work long hours. The central location let me work at many facilities. I recommend it!

Dog owners dream yard

Wagwag has a full and big backyard to run around in. We had a house with a killer kitchen to cook. My son had a safe street to skateboard on. The only thing I could ask more for is a better smartTV. I don't like Roku. I had to hookup my computer to stream from Amazon. netflix did work, so I give the host kudos. I kinda wish it has a printer, but quite nice for extended stays. I'll be back someday...

Dog paradise on a safe and quiet street

Our “thank you” to the hosts for letting us extend our stay at this unit, since the other was booked. We don’t have a dog, but this is dog paradise. Charming unit on a safe a quiet street. Very comfortable. Our family had a great time and I loved the high-tech and new-fanged TV system in each room. Good job on the remodel

This place is sweete

Charming little adobe, right in the heart of San Diego. I should have brought by dog, but I didn't realize how nice the dog facilities here are till I got here. I was also to busy to cook, so the great kitchen was wasted on me also. I came for a long conference at the convention center, where I gave a number of workshops, and this turned out to be an excellent place to prep and work. The location and Internet speeds are ideal. I'll be back.
