Waterfront home, 2000 sq feet, in Annapolis, MD on Magothy River, overlooking Chesapeake Bay, Gibson Island with private beach and pier, short drive to downtown Annapolis, Bay Bridge, Naval Academy and Kent Island, great sunset/sunrise view and good for fishing.
Great for a wide range of occasions: couples looking for a romantic weekend away.... family reunions.... girls weekend... sailboat show etc...Special event is welcome, the driveway can park 20 cars.
3 Kayaks and 1 stand up paddle are free to use.
