It is a small quiet neighborhood, streets of land and surrounded by nature. Place for rest and contact with nature.

The house is in the village of Itamambuca (outside the condominium), street in front of the concierge Itamambuca Ecoresort.
Access to the beach can be done on foot on average 15 minutes or 5 minutes by car to Itamambuca beach. Approximate distance from the house to the beach is 800 meters.

We are 10 km from the center of Ubatuba and 60 km from the historic city of Paraty (approximately 40 minutes by car).
For those who want to know and enjoy the nearby beaches, Felix, Prumirim, Picinguaba (Island of Couves), Almada and more other 90 fantastic beaches.

CASA EM ITAMAMBUCA

Casa com um ótimo tamanho e arejada. O sinal de Wifi não falhou em nenhum momento da estadia. A casa possui TV a cabo, mas nem chegamos a usar a televisão. A rua realmente tem um acesso mais difícil, mas nada que atrapalhe. A localização é muito boa, pois conseguimos chegar em diversas praias num curto espaço de tempo. Tem um bom comércio nos arredores e no Centrinho de Itamambuca.

Ótimo lugar

Aluguei a casa com o intuito de descansar com a família, e foi a melhor experiência que tivemos. A casa é ótima, bem cuidada, tinha tudo que precisávamos. O Renato nos deu todo o suporte e apoio necessário, nos deu dicas de como aproveitar 100% das praias e do bairro. Com certeza voltaremos em breve.
