The whole building is open for rental, with a total of 06 apartments, all of which have 02 bedrooms with double bed + 01 single single mattress, 02 bathrooms, split air conditioning 9. 000 btus in the 02 bedrooms, large balcony with barbecue (with grill) and skewers), bespoke kitchen complete with various utensils (electric oven, microwave, blender, frostfree refrigerator, cooktop stove 04 burners, extractor fan, plates, pots, cutlery, glasses ..) living room, 32 "LED TV with 159 channels (OI TV MIX), internet wi-fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, covered garage, intercom and electronic gate.
The building does not have an elevator, which can only be accessed by stairs.

Neighborhood overview
The Bombas neighborhood, it is the first beach in the city of Bombinhas, has its own trade; banks (Bradesco, Itaú), bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical clinics and shops in general.

Coming and going
The building is in the central region of the beach, close to commercial spots and easy access to other beaches.
