Sure to take your breath away, the view from the windows stretches across this area and brings the lake right into your living space. Dine in a room with a view! The living room offers comfortable seating, and the fireplace adds to the ambiance. Upstairs, you'll find a huge family TV room.

There is a deck that runs the length of the house with plenty of seating and dining furniture, perfect for enjoying spectacular sunrises. The grill area is on the gravel patio area, and the fire pit is on the lower level along the water's edge. It is an easy trip to downtown Traverse City and beautiful Suttons Bay, making this an ideal location for your stay.

The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen plus full bath and a second bedroom with two queen beds. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin-over-full bunk beds.

Amazing ladies’ weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location! Beautiful Sunrises! Loved that all bedrooms had at least a full bed. Would be nice if the basement had a full bath but overall was great for our trip. Would stay again.

Great place to stay with a large family!

The location was perfect to get to downtown or to Sutton's bay and the wineries. We brought our family together from 3 different states to enjoy some time together and this home was perfect to give everyone their own space, not to mention the beautiful view. There were a few things that did not seem to be cleaned upon arrival but we took care of them ourselves. Was probably just an oversight from the cleaning crew.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to arrival, I received a notice about what was and was not included in the rental. Ignore this, it is wrong, just come and figure out what you need when you arrive. For example, letter says no salt and pepper, no kitchen towels, no coffee filters. When we got there, we found all of these there (including 6 packages of coffee filters, presumably brought by other people who read the letter and brought their own).Everything else about the rental was great! Great view, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would rent again.
