Disappointed & Frustrating

We stayed in this same rental in October of 2020 an has an amazing time with absolutely no issues. We decided to book the same property this time based on our previous stay bit were quickly disappointed upon arrival. The property had pieces of trash laying on the ground around the front door. Once inside the property, we discovered the cleaning to be lackluster as there was remnants of goldfish crackers in the couch cushions an under the couch. There were several electrical outlets upstairs in the theater room that did not have plate covers on them, lea ing electrical wires exposed for our little children to touch. We attempted to use the pool and hot tub on the first night, only to find out that the pool was cold and dirty. We later discovered that the pool was broken and appeared to have been broken for some time. We did pay extra for the pool to be heated and the heater was supposed to be turned on the morning of our checked in. The broken pool issue was not relayed to use prior to check in or at check in. We quickly contacted the property rental complany Jeeves who advised they would send someone out to check on the pool issues. Someone from Jeeves came out that eveming but left without speaking to us or fixing the issues. We contacted the management company the next morning and was again advised that they would semd someone out for the pool. A representative from Jeeves came out and acknowledged that the pool was broken and that they would need to contact the pool compan

Disney Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay at your property. It is in a great location to Disney World and stores. The house itself is in an awesome location within the Encore resort, short walk down a pathway to the amenities. We could have spent a whole day at the water park and then eat at the delicious restaurant in the clubhouse, and have been happy with our vacation. The house itself was nice. There are some bleach stains on carpets and a chair or two at the dining room table could use some attention but overall it was a clean and comfortable place to stay. My family used the pool and hot tub almost every night and the safety feature for the sliding glass door is much appreciated since we have a small child with autism. The game room was a big hit with children and adults. We would definitely recommend this home to others. We can’t wait to go back!

Loved it!!

Besides a few minor issues that were taking care of Immediately after calling about it, This was a great experience!! The pictures actually doesn’t do the home any justice because it’s so much bigger in person. Loved that the clubhouse was just across the street and the food they serve was everything!.. I will definitely be coming back, without the kids lol. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Honest opinion

The location and neighborhood were fantastic…only ~15 minutes to Disney parks and the water park on property was great. We rented the Big Kahuna cabana for a day and had a blast. The house had a few issues, though. After stocking the fridge upon arrival, we realized it was not cooling. The outlet was bad, so we just plugged it in to another one. The pool was dirty, so we had to request a cleaning, none of the TVs worked in the bedrooms, there were no ping pong balls for the table, and the air hockey table barely put out any air. The house just seemed worn out and in need of a facelift with stained carpets and decor peeling off the walls in the kids’ rooms. I would stay at Encore again, but we would get a different house next time.
