Diners, night-clubs, mini-golf, tandem-bike rentals, parasailing, coastal fishing tournaments, music festivals, and a water park make South Padre Island the ideal vacation spot for families, Spring Breakers, and fishing groups. Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean-life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket list. There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.

RESORT FEES and PARKING PERMITS
*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time $10 per person Resort Fee during most days of the year. HIGHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE TIME PERIODS NOTED BELOW.
*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles.
*Resort Fees are paid to and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
*From March 1 to April 17, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1 to August 7, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
March 1st through Easter, the home/resort owners require a Refundable Damage Deposit of $430. The damage deposit will be collected by the rental company at check-in. The damage deposit is payable in cash or by credit card. Credit cards must match the renter's name and must be presented at check-in.
