1 - THE APARTMENT. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. In the best of Puerto Banús, Marbella, in first line of the beach. Privileged climate, 320 days sun/year, according to Marbella Town Hall. Mild winters (about 14-18º C.). Super clean. Air conditioning and heating.

AVAILABLE: In 2024, from April 1.
MINIMUM STAY: If possible, we prefer no less than one month (25/30 days).
PRICES: In euros, per month. Vacation stay: January/April, 1,800. May, June and Sept. up to two people 2,400; for three/four people, 2.750 euros/month. July, 5.500. August. 6,000. Oct./Dec., 1.800. Long term: 2,300 euros/month if contracted for 12 months/year; 1,800 euros/month if rented from Sept 1. until June 30 (10 months).
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: On behalf of travelers from Oct. 1 to April 30; and in Long Season.
RESERVATION: 300 euros, for a vacation stay; 500 euros, for Long season.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: 500 euros, in anticipation of major breakdowns due to misuse, improper use. They are returned at the end, if the damages have not occurred.

Apartement 85 m/2, terrace with afternoon sun, overlooking our garden of more than 7,000 m/2 . Two swimming pools (children and adults). Fixed parking space and a storage room, both in the basement, with elevator.
Free Internet access from the apartment. On behalf of the owner and outside the Community of Owners, many TV stations in English are received in the apartment; and also in French, German and many other languages.
From our garden, direct exit to the beautiful promenade that separates us from the beach and that with its 13 kms. (all in plain, bordering the beaches and the sea) it unites us with Marbella and San Pedro. It is a pedestrian promenade, closed to traffic (bikes allowed), landscaped.
In the storage room there are two other terrace chairs. We facilitate free of charge two beach chairs, an umbrella, a folding bed, two children's bicycles (2-3 years, without pedals, and 5-6 years) and another for adults,; 150 m., bike rental.

The pricerental/apartement ratio is magnificent, because the location is unbeatable.

Main room with double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m.). The second bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms, both with excellent lighting; marble walls and floors.
We provide quality, almost new, plentiful household linen.
Kitchen independent from the living room, fully equipped.
Four steps to enter the apartment. We do not accept animals, sorry.
Some Concierges speak English and / or French.
