For our guests’ peace of mind, this property has incorporated enhanced cleaning and low-contact protocols.


The 2 bedroom suite offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a large master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a separate bath. This suite also includes a living room with sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, as well as a dining area for 6 people. Enjoy the private balcony located off of the living room, as well as cable TV in both bedrooms and living room.

• Check-in: 4:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am

• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.


~What you need to know before your arrival~


• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort

• A nightly rate of $15 plus tax will be due at check in. This fee includes Guest internet access; Self-Parking 1 car; Select Daily Activities; Steam room and Sauna; Sports Equipment (Tennis and shuffleboard).

• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.

• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.

• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

~Property Policies~


• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted.

• Smoking Policy: Turtle Cay Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.



In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable 20% pre-payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.

**ADVISEMENT**

Beginning May 8, 2023, we anticipate the guest room balconies to undergo renovation. As a result, these balconies will be inaccessible to Guests. During the project, Turtle Cay Resort’s other on-site amenities will remain available, including those located at Beach Quarters Resort. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
