About this property

Villa has just been renovated. (2021) All new flooring and furniture! The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

The villa offers one bedroom, one bathroom, full size kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining area are combined with a balcony off the living area that looks directly out onto the Atlantic Ocean.This unit also has a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a pair of bunk beds ideal for smaller children. The balcony off the living room area provides a direct view of the ocean.

Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service.

The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset

The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park.

Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to HHI. The pictures are exactly what to expect of the condo minus a footstool in front of the couch. It’s cute, clean, small but great for a couples get away. It needs a coffee table and new patio furniture! There is a nice view of the ocean and many wildlife around. The staff is great to deal with any questions!!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our vacation overall but very busy . Would never go again during school spring break noisy in building and pool very crowded and Hilton Head just very over crowded with people ,bikes , traffic. Unit could use a up date as well. fridge did not work properly,bathroom fan doesn’t work. Overall room was clean. One other item was contractor was cleaning parking lot with blower and blew dirt all over our car as well as others when we let the office know the reply was they were sorry to hear that?

Perfect getaway for two

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured, with a beautiful view and short walk to the beach. The condo is fairly small, but was perfect for two people.
