About this property

The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

This newly renovated one bedroom villa has a full kitchen, combined living room dining room area and separate bedroom with a queen sized bed and one bathroom. This unit also has a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony off the living room area provides a direct view of the ocean.

Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service and access to the "New" oceanfront swimming pool and picnic area.

The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset.

The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park.

Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.

OCEAN FRONT STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nicely updated unit, but uncomfortable bed and VERY noisy bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Unit 113 has been nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and cleanly remodeled bathroom. The beach access is easy and gorgeous. This does not hide the fact that this unit is right in front of the pool on the 1st floor, where guests do NOT follow the operating guidelines (i.e., open the curtains and see people in the early a.m. hours or late after sunset right in front of the window), or the fact that the mattress is so old and the bedroom's construction is so poor that one cannot get a good night sleep. The unit is right outside of the elevator, so traffic and noise is a constant throughout normal sleeping hours of the night, and there is not much insulation between bed and outside noise.
