Excellent house with pool, 3 bedrooms available, gourmet barbecue area, terrace with spectacular view, tranquility, excellent residential neighborhood, near the beaches of Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. The house has a pool with a lush view of the green area, barbecue, 2 showers (1 downstairs and 1 in the pool area) 2 terraces, great water supply, 3 cable TVs with all available channels and free Wi Fi. Very quiet neighborhood. A single entrance access to the neighborhood which ensures greater peace and security. Neighborhood surrounded by green area and at the same time close to the best beaches in the region, just check out the photos with area view. At the same time that you are easy to reach the beaches, you get home and have a cozy place to rest and get ready for another beach day. There are many paradisiacal beaches to enjoy during your stay. It's very close to you.

Aconchego e independência

A casa é de muito bom gosto, aconchegante, tem todo o necessário para quem quer trabalhar e descansar. Fica perto de praias desertas e lindas. A Internet é muito boa, excelente para as demandas de trabalho e lazer. Marcelo é um anfitrião muito atencioso e disponível. Quem aluga não se arrepende! Pretendemos voltar muitas vezes.
