Lake Vista 4 is a beautiful upper duplex in Jindabyne, located on the top of the hill with magnificent lake and mountains views.

The property contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bed configuration as follows:

Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed

The beds and mattresses are brand new. The king beds can be transformed to 2 single beds if needed. We also provide complimentary high quality linen and towels.

The property is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people who are looking for a relaxing and/or active holiday.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooktop, stove, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The house is located only a 5 minute walk to the lake and a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Great place for ski holiday

This was our best stay we have had at Jindy over the last 5 years. Good location, clean house with comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms; 1 with a spa and a modern, well equipment kitchen. Aleks, our host was helpful, friendly and communicative with our booking. We enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for our needs. We had a short family getaway planned and wanted to be able to spend time together. The four bedrooms and three were perfect for this and having the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge allowed for social interaction all day long. The view from the balcony were incredible and I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there each day. The facilities and kitchen equipment that were supplied were outstanding. I have not stayed in a more well-equiped home away from home before. Our host was informative and answered any questions extremely quickly. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and will be recommending to other family and friends. 10 out of 10!!!! Erin

Spacious, clean, comfy - everything you need!

We loved our week-long stay at this property in Jindabyne! Nice and quiet, away from the main part of town. The hosts were amazing; super responsive and friendly in their communication. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed (salt, pepper, baking paper, sandwich bags, ample toilet paper, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, Glen 20, laundry liquid). It also had 3 bathrooms, not 2 (one was an ensuite) which was a nice surpise. We especially loved the heated towel racks! The double garage was a huge bonus as we had 3 cars between the 4 of us. Only a quick 3 min drive to Woolworths or a 10 minute stroll down to the lake. The views from the balcony were also great. Having a key lock box was really convenient too. BYO fan if you get hot in summer, and maybe a picnic chair if you want to sit out on the balcony. Overall, a lovely, spacious house with generous sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly come back again. Thanks so much!

Great location

Excellent communication from owner. Easy process. Great facilities. Easy access to the town centre. The lock up garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I love to travel with my family, learning about different cultures and traditions. With my family we have stayed in many homes through homeaway and airbnb, and would like to extend a feeling of warmth and home in our property for all our guests.

Hopefully our house is a place where you can relax and energise away from the stress of work. I myself am busy at work all week and know the significance of a weekend away at the mountains.

Why they chose this property

We used to rent the property every season for a week during the ski season, and we always felt very relaxed. The property has nice architecture as well as great district views to the lake, mountains and the neighbourhood.

What makes this property unique

The property has nice view and outlook. Also we have furnished it so it has a worm feeling. We have lot's of heaters for the cold winter and aircon for the summer months.
Having 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms the property can accommodate comfortably large groups up to 8 people.
