Open concept custom home with a private heated saltwater pool, with a sundeck shelf built into pool. The home is decorated with the finest details in an elegant coastal décor. It has four smart TV's with cable and Alexa for your entertainment. The open concept 4-bedroom, and 3 ½ bath home has plenty of space. From the large chef’s kitchen and great room area you can oversee the pool activities from the double slider glass doors. The entirely screened lanai brings your indoor living to the outdoors. The lanai encompasses the saltwater heated pool, an outdoor shower (great for after the beach) and a gorgeous cabana bathroom (no need to go in the home for the bathroom). There is a dining area for outdoor eating, with a Weber grill and a lounge area to just kick back and relax. If you just want to worship the sun, there are four chaise loungers ready for you to bask in the 8 hours of south facing sunlight. There is a large umbrella if you prefer some shade.
There are five bikes to ride, toys to take to Vanderbilt Beach which is a short walk (less than a mile). One of the bikes could have a cart attached to haul all your beach accessories provided with ease. Or you can go to Delnor-Wiggins State Park which is only a short drive away, less than two miles.

This house is close to everything…beach, parks, shopping, beautiful golf courses,’ you name it. The Ritz Carlton with the famous Gumbo Limbo tiki bar on the beach, Turtle Club, LaPlaya Resort, and several golf courses are less than a mile away. You can go to Mercato for great shopping and dining, go to the movies or shop at Whole Foods, Publix or Trader Joe’s just a short ride down the road. We are close to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, and we will provide a pass to the park for your pleasure and enjoyment.

If you want house cleaning during your stay that can be arranged according to your needs at an additional fee.

Pets under 30 pounds are permitted. There will be a $125 per pet fee nonrefundable. Dog waste must be cleaned immediately.

We are 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport.

Delightful!

The home was beautiful, clean, and as described. We were pleasantly surprised by Joe's communications before we asked the questions and loved small touches of snacks ready for us upon check in. We will do our best to come back again soon!

Beautiful Naples Vacation Spot

My family enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home during the President's Day weekend. The furnishings were top notch and included everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and we spent many hours enjoying it during our stay. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would look to stay at this property again!

Amazing house and location!

This house was perfect for our family stay. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. We rode bikes to the Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach. Joes home has everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Very nice splurge for our family while in the Naples area for Easter. Kitchen had everything we needed to feed our crew and it was so bright and clean. Way better than any hotel option. Exceeded expectations! This was Florida done right.

Location! Location! Location! Can walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants, The Riltz Carlton, Turtle Club, Mercato, La Playa, etc. Ten-minute drive to downtown, Naples Pier, 5th Ave, and 3rd Street.

Open concept home, with a screened in salt water heated pool with a sun deck for you to relax and enjoy the sun. The house offers several chaises to put your feet up and relax with your favorite drink. It also includes an umbrella if you prefer to relax in the shade.
