About this property
House Nautic - just a few minutes walk from the beach
This small 2-room apartment in the house "Nautic" in Laboe is newly renovated. Up to 4 Baltic Sea vacationers can spend an eventful vacation in these newly designed rooms.
The apartment has a hallway, a bathroom, a separate bedroom and a combined open bright kitchen-living-dining-sleeping area. In addition to access to the balcony, the latter offers a comfortable double bed sofa, flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system for CD, Bluetooth and USB. The bedroom impresses with its double bed and with height-adjustable slatted frames and a second Flat screen TV. In the hallway is the cloakroom with shoe rack and bench as well as a very spacious closet for your holiday cloakroom. The 2 sinks in the bathroom make the necessary processes much easier in the morning and in the evening. There is also a private car park in front of the building.
Here you have all the prerequisites for an eventful Baltic holiday in close proximity to the beach and shopping!
