Casa Graciosa translated means (Gracious Home), This well kept and fully furnished 1530 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath home is nestled at the base of the beautiful Tucson Mountain range in Tucson, AZ.

Come and enjoy this quiet neighborhood and experience the beautiful sunset and landscaping of the Sonora desert. This home is surrounded by humming birds, wild gamble quail and other desert animals.

This fully furnished home has a queen size bed in the master suite., Second oversized bedroom has a queen size bed and a full sized futon. This allows 2 persons per bed. Wood floors are throughout the home, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron/Iron board. Wifi internet and local TV channels are included.

Quiet gem

Wonderful place to stay! The house was super clean and comfortable and in a really nice, quiet neighborhood. The best thing about the house (in my opinion) is the backyard. Lots of wildlife and birdwatching. It was great to sit on the back porch, relax, and watch the birds. Mike the property manager was super nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here is the next time we visit.

Gracious Home

Gracious Home aptly named due to both the home and the hosts. We enjoyed another delightful stay at this lovely home in the desert. Close to needed commercial and nature related sites. Hosts that provide outstanding suggestions while exploring the area. Wonderful wildlife views from the backyard.

Second stay

This was our second time to stay at this house - we enjoyed staying here a couple of years ago and knew we wanted to stay again when we came back to Tucson. The house is very clean and has some recent updates and plenty of space. We love the backyard landscaping and its location by the dry wash - we especially enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife!

Great desert retreat

Desert paradise

We just completed our second stay at this beautiful home set in the desert. It’s located on a cul-de-sac and feels very private. The house is attractively decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We especially enjoy all the wildlife that comes through the backyard—javalinas, road runners, quail, hummingbirds, coyotes. We enjoy sitting on the patio. Mike is a great host. He checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, a great rental!

Peaceful Desert Stay

Another delightful stay at Casa Graciosa. We have enjoyed this peaceful desert home for several years and this was no exception. This year it provided an additional benefit in that it worked well for my spouse to rehab from ankle surgery. The location is outstanding and the wildlife visits are exceptional. Host is most gracious that we’ve ever met.

Perfect Home Base

This house provided all the “comforts of home” in a quiet desert setting. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are only about 10 minutes away. Downtown is an additional 5-10 minutes. But you don’t need to go far at all to enjoy hiking/walking an endless supply of trails. Try AllTrails or a similar app for all the details you need to choose what’s best for you. Loads of museums, galleries, botanical gardens…and come home to relax on the patio or the very comfortable TV room!

Great location in South end of Tucson

Very nice place to stay. On edge of desert with Dry Wash in back yard, many animals came to visit - mule deer, javelina, coyotes, gamble quail, etc.

A Dream House and Location

Photos and words cannot do this house and property justice. My husband and I were here a week in November and tried to leave the property as little as possible. We were so content to sit on the patio and soak up the rays, enjoy the serene environment, and gaze at the mountain views.

Just right

We enjoyed our stay very much. Well located with easy access to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and pleasantly set in a spacious neighborhood. Wildlife abounded. The house was clean and well appointed. We look forward to our next stay.

A Winner!

This spacious and pleasant house had everything we were looking for: a lovely property with a great desert garden, lots of privacy, birds and animals to watch from the covered patio (we saw a coyote meander across the yard), a pretty Mountain View, and a location convenient to the National Parks and other outdoor reserves in the area. Interactions with owner Mike Alameda were excellent, start to finish. Attention to COVID protocols was evident, which is important to us. Notes: we had good luck with Grub Hub for food delivery; people we saw in stores etc were 99% masked.

Pleasant Stay at Casa Graciosa

Casa Graciosa is a beautiful and gracious home in the desert. The house is a lovely and well equipped in a very nice neighborhood. A large patio looks out over a beautifully landscaped yard of cacti and native plants with the mountains hovering in the distance. A panoply of birds, quail, doves, wrens, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, move through the yard providing constant entertainment. Truly a wonderful oasis to rest and relax.

Our home away from home

After being on the road for 3 weeks we were ready to get out of the tight confines of a hotel room. Mike's VRBO property was perfect, just outside of Tucson with peace and quiet like we enjoy in our own home. The home was spacious, well equipped, quiet, in nature and conveniently located. Mike was a great host and taught us about Tucson which he knows well as his family is 7th generation in the areas. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the back enjoying humming birds, small animals and a variety of birds. It was a great experience.

Great place!

My husband and I enjoyed our month-long stay in Mike’s beautiful home! It’s spacious, comfortable beds, well-outfitted kitchen, exceptionally clean and sanitized (Covid safe), with everything in good working order. We especially loved the large patio and all the wildlife. We saw javalinas, coyotes, roadrunners, quail, and doves. Very quiet neighborhood. Mike is a great landlord. He checked in with us several times but very respectful of our privacy. He’s very thoughtful. Overall, we highly recommend this property!
