So welcome to us on the advertisement for the holiday home at Seeblick, in the Hessian Westerwald.
Our holiday home is idyllically located on the Krombach dam, surrounded by woods and meadows.
From here you have a wonderful view of the lake where windsurfers and sailors enjoy themselves with mostly good wind conditions and the beach.
On site you can find entry points to the bike and hiking trails (including long-distance hiking and long-distance biking paths).

The house`s property is 540 square meters large and meant to be visited by one family or a group.
The property is surrounded with a hedge and a fence.
The house has a living and dining area, kitchen, shower / toilet, bath / toilet, two bedrooms each with a double bed, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron), winter garden (with seating, billiards, darts and table football for children)
Outside you will find a terrace with a gas grill and furniture, and a garden with a fountain. (no drinking water)

4 parking spots directly on the property (2 wide, 2 narrow).
A garage (unsuitable for cars due to the narrow width of 2.50 m) ideal for bicycles, motorcycles, surfboards, diving accessories, etc. Attractive, cozy interior. Tile and PVC floors. Satellite TV, DVD. Internet access (WiFi, free of charge), telephone (landline only, free of charge). Gas central heating (Smart Home control).

Schöne kurze Zeit

Wir waren mit 7 Personen mitte Dreißig für ein Wochenende in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat allen ausnahmslos sehr gut gefallen. Das Objekt ist sehr schön, mit viele Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. CheckIn und Checkout waren einfach möglich. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder

Idylische Lage oberhalb vom See, fern ab von allem Trubel kann man hier wunderbar die Natur genießen und Abschalten. Schön angelegtes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht um auch Schlechtwettertage auszuhalten

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Wir haben uebers Wochenende einen kleinen Ausflug in den Westerwald gemacht. Auch wenn das Wetter im Oktorber nicht mehr optimal ist, hatten wir ein sehr schoenes Wochenende.

Das Haus war sehr schön.. alles da was man braucht um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verleben! Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich dank Billardtisch, Dart u Kicker super amüsieren 😊
