Das Apartment wurde 2019/2020 renoviert, ist geräumig und im Erdgeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses gelegen. Es ist geräumig und in einer ruhigen Seitengasse.

Es ist perfekt für Paare, Familien und kleine Gruppen (bis zu 6 Personen).

Das Apartment hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (140cm) und zwei Wohnbereiche mit je zusätzlicher Schlafcouch (je 140cm). Das Bad mit Dusche is geräumig, neu renoviert, und vom zweiten Wohnbereich zugänglich. Separates WC. Voll ausgestattete Küche.

Wenn ihr das Apartment für mehr als 2 Personen bucht, bereiten wir
- für die 3.&4. Person das Sofa im vorderen Wohnbereich vor
- für die 5.&6. Person das Sofabett im hinteren Wohnbereich vor.
- ACCESS ONLY FOR GUESTS ON BOOKING Access to the apartment is only granted for the number of guests on the booking. Please don't let other people in (In case I hire a plumber or somebody else I would notify you in advance).
- WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN GONE Please only open the windows to the garden and always close them when you are not in the apartment.
- NIGHT SILENCE Our neighbours are pretty chilled, so please help us keep it that way. Music in general is ok, but please mind the law mandated night silence between 10pm and 6am.
- The house rules are though pretty simple to follow. Thanks in advance for upholding them. If however an incident occurs, I'll need to charge an additional fee of minimum 30EUR (to cover my associated costs).
