If you're in the mood for a relaxing holiday on Sylt, you shouldn't just pick any vacation rental; you should choose this stylish end house. It is located in a cul-de-sac in Westerland – one of the most popular holiday destinations on the island.

With great attention to detail, each room has been designed. The vacation home has four rooms, a living room with an electric fireplace with steam, a dining area, an open kitchen, and three bedrooms. This holiday idyll is suitable for up to 6 people, offering not only much more space than a conventional five-star hotel but also significantly more comfort and individuality due to its stylish interior. This begins with the interior design featuring high-quality carpentry, a kitchen equipped with Miele appliances, and wellness enthusiasts will be thrilled with the spacious sauna.

The heart of the end house is the exclusively furnished ground floor with a graded wardrobe built by a carpenter, a guest toilet, an open, high-quality equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room, and the living area with an electric fireplace with steam. Two terraces with garden furniture and a beach chair offer plenty of space for relaxation and shared conversations with friends or family outdoors.

The Sylt Leev house features digital television in all rooms, Netflix, and in the living area, Vodafone Giga TV is available. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m). In the master bedroom, a high-quality box spring bed ensures restful sleep, and the other bedrooms are furnished with beautiful beds built by a carpenter.

Wellness enthusiasts will be thrilled with the sauna. A carport is available for your car.

Location

The heart-rending yearning for Westerland has already been sung about in songs and is not surprising for connoisseurs: Sylt's largest town makes vacation dreams come true. Enjoy the diverse beauty of the island with a walk on the approximately 6 km long sandy beach or a delicious cappuccino in one of the numerous street cafes. In the adventure pool "Sylter Welle," the Fun Beach with numerous water sports offerings, or the aquarium, young and old alike will find something to enjoy. And if the weather outside becomes a bit uncomfortable, no problem: The popular island location skillfully defies bad weather through its extensive options.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a made-up nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

We would also like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate this fee with your booking and remit it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
