The accommodation
The bungalow-style holiday home, comfortably and generationally almost all on one level, has just been completely renovated with great attention to detail and modernly furnished in tasteful country house style. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and lounge areas, sun-drenched dining areas, restful quiet bedrooms, cosy retreats both indoors and outdoors, and a panoramic roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Private parking on the fenced plot. The communal pool, about 100 metres away, is sheltered from view with views of oranges and "L'Albarda" garden. The pool is far enough away to be undisturbed in your holiday home.


Further important information
Electricity and gas are charged according to consumption (gas only in the heating season). Electricity currently costs 40 cents per kWh, gas 85 euros per cylinder). For long-term rentals, a monthly advance payment of 150 euros is requested and will be charged at the end with the actual consumption.

As some guests prefer to use their own towels and bed linen, we offer this laundry service as an option. One set costs 16 euros per person and change.
