Bauarbeiten statt Renovierungsarbeiten

Wir wurden informiert das Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus statt finden. Vor Ort stellte sich herraus das die Fassade und das Dach saniert werden. Der Balkon war durch das Gerüst nicht nutzbar. Wir hatten extra eine Wohnung mit Balkon und Meerblick gebucht, nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur wären sie nur für sie Wohnung und nicht für den Balkon zuständig. Sehr schade, wenn ich eine Wohnung ohne Balkon gebucht hätte wäre es warscheinlich günstiger gewesen.

sehr schöne Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick. Aber leider ist es nicht möglich in dem sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer das Fenster auf "Kipp" zu stellen. Dadurch ist es in der Nacht äußerst stickig. Eine komplette Öffnung des Fensters bedeutet, dass es kalt "in den Nacken" zieht, da die Betten direkt unter dem Fenster stehen. Auch ist sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden (nur zwei Trinkpötte, drei Wassergläser...)
