The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with its own entrance. It offers enough space for up to 5 people and all amenities for a relaxing holiday.

On the south-facing terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue and you can enjoy the view of the Danube valley and, weather permitting, the panorama of the Salzburg Alps or fantastic sunsets. The garden offers a variety of plants on two levels.

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön und bei gutem Wetter hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Außerdem ist die Lage optimal um Passau und den bayerischen Wald zu erkunden. Die Vorortbetreuung war sehr gut und wir haben umfangreiche Tipps erhalten bzgl. Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Immer wieder gerne.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Organisation.

Die Wohnung ist überaus zweckdienlich und gut eingerichtet. Sie ist bequem anzufahren und bietet bei gutem Wetter einen herrlichen Ausblick in Richtung Passau, Donautal, Oberösterreich und Alpen. Die Betreuung am Ort war lückenlos gut. Alle auf Anfahrt und Wohung bezogenen Informationen waren vollkommen korrekt und hilfreich. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung.

Rundum gut

In der modern und schön eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben und erwartet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Wir haben Wanderungen (vor allem an der naturbelassenen Ilz) gemacht. An Regentagen und natürlich auch bei Sonne war Passau gut in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Gefreut haben wir uns auch sehr über die persönliche Begrüßungspostkarte und Willkommensgetränke! Jederzeit wieder!

Tagestouren mit Ebikes

Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr gut beschrieben. Die Hausnummer könnte zur Straße hin tatsächlich deutlicher bzw. mehr erkennbar dargestellt sein, da die Wohnung selbst nach hinten bzw. unterhalb der Treppenzuführung liegt. Die Beleuchtung an den Treppenstufen funktionierte nicht. Wer nachts eintrifft, hat große Probleme um nicht zu fallen. Die Schlüsselübernahme bzw. am Urlaubsende die Übergabe war selbsterklärend und gut beschrieben. Wir sind keine Hundebesitzer und waren erstaunt über die Reinlichkeit der Wohnung. Alles nötige für den Alltag war vorhanden. 2 selbstgefertigte Aktenordner mit Beschreibungen zum Haus, zur Technik, Heizung, zum Garten, aber auch viele Hinweise, Flyer etc. für Freizeit, Speismöglichkeiten u.a. waren vorhanden. Ein Gerätehaus mit Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder war vorhanden. Wir haben uns nach einer Woche von der Nachbarin Handtücher nachgefordert. Diese war als Ansprechpartnerin im Aktenordner eingetragen. Die Ansprechpartnerin, die bei Fewo ausgezeichnet war, hat das Amt vor 3 Jahren abgegeben. Die derzeitige Hitzewelle haben wir innerhalb der Wohnung kaum verspürt. Es blieb kühl in den Räumen. Mit unseren Ebikes unternahmen wir Tagestouren vom Haus ausgehend oder auch in den zahlreich umliegenden Flußtälern der Gegend. Passau haben wir mit den Fahrrädern aufgesucht und bewundert. Mit dem Auto fuhren wir bis kurz vor Linz um auch diese wunderschöne Stadt auf dem Ebike zu bestaunen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.
