Der Zugang zur Wohnung zu schmal und nur über Souterrain zu erreichen. Die Glaswand mit Glasschiebetür zum Bad ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumal die Lüftung hauptsächlich über den Wohnbereich erfolgt. Bauartbedingt schließt die Schiebetür nicht wirklich.

Aufenthalt im Oktober Das wichtigste zuerst: Das Badezimmer ist nur durch eine schiebetür aus Glas zu schließen. Man hört alles! Ansonsten ist es für die Jahreszeit eine schöne Wohnung. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle/Grill top! Bei Ankunft gibt es ein kleines Starterpaket mit Spülmaschinentabs, müllbeutel, spüli und putzlappen. Ich war schon in mehreren Wohnungen in Kübo und fand sie etwas teuer - vor allem wegen der Badezimmersituation Im Sommer wird es wahrscheinlich sehr warm wegen der Fensterfront im WZ. Biergarten unterhalb des Schlafzimmerbalkon. Schlafsofa komfortabel ... an dieser Stelle nochmal herzlichen Dank für das Bringen des zusätzlichen Lakens.

Die in der zweiten Reihe der Ostseeallee gelegene Unterkunft ist ruhig, sauber und sehr gepflegt g..
Die in der zweiten Reihe der Ostseeallee gelegene Unterkunft ist ruhig, sauber und sehr gepflegt gelegen. Das Appartement im 2.OG ist mit seinen vielen Deckenhöhe Fenstern angenehm Licht-durchflutet und praktisch „Vollausgestattet“. Große, schwere Vorhänge ermöglichen gleichzeitig ein gutes Abschatten des gesamten Appartements. Dank der beiden möblierten Balkone - einmal auf der Nordseite und einmal auf der Südseite - lässt sich die Sonne ganztägig genießen. Fußläufig nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Einkaufsmarkt) und Restaurants sowie der Ostseestrand in Sichtweite werten die Unterkunft zudem noch einmal auf. Der Stellplatz für das KFZ ist ganztägig gut und barrierefrei erreichbar und vom Südbalkon einsehbar. Wäre ich jetzt kein Liebhaber meines eigenen, mitgebrachten E-Bikes, würde ich dieser Urlaubsunterkunft nun die volle Punktzahl von 5 Punkten in der Gesamtbewertung vergeben. Nachdem dies bei meinem Aufenthalt nur „eingeschränkt“ (streng genommen: Gar Nicht! Deshalb hier auch nochmal mein Dank an das freundliche Personal vor Ort! ) möglich war, behalte ich den fünften Punkt, trotz meines wieder einmal unvergesslichen Urlaubserlebnis an der Ostsee, ein.
