Updated 8-28-24 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.
Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building or in the lot adjacent on south side of resort. Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot during special events.
• Beach access from the north access road.

This is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

Its all about the view. 10th floor corner unit will make you feel like you are hovering above the ocean. Recently updated !! These corner units are the nicest units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home.
Oceanfront Private Balcony is 120 sq ft, you will start to feel like you have another room to enjoy.

Furnishings include :: Leather Sofa/Loveseat, Leather Reclining Chair, Dining Table and Chairs, dresser and chest of drawers. This room location has Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony.

You will have a wonderful view of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in the night sky. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. It was really nice. Wasn’t expecting the whole place to look run down. But the condo itself was very clean. There was a grocery store right across the street so that was a plus and we also could walk to certain places to eat.

Great unit in post-apocalyptic building

Spent a weekend on the beach in Daytona Beach in this studio unit. The unit has spectacular ocean views and is located directly on the beach. The furniture is a bit dated and worn, but it was clean and in good operating conditions. What’s odd is the building feels post apocalyptic with the pool and all internal facilities closed and locked off. You have to walk through the lobby and conference center that is dingy and dark - and you keep expecting a zombie to jump out. The parking lot next door is large, but dark at night.

A Room with an Amazing View

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The view and sound of crashing waves can’t be beat! The suite was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfy. We are beach lovers and do not use pools, hot tubs, etc. so the lack of these amenities due to hurricane damage was not an issue. The unit was quiet and no construction was taking place. We are so happy we decided to stay at this rental on our travels back north. It was a nice way to end our trip.

Great Location and View

The location and view were wonderful! The unit is exactly as pictured. It was a little dark in the area of the couch and dining table on a cloudy day and at night. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The parking at this time due to storm damage is in the lot next door and it is very dark. It is a long walk to the elevators from the parking lot. We did have a very enjoyable stay and I imagine it will be great once everything is repaired and up and running again. We will consider returning for another stay in the future.

Total relaxation!

Gorgeous views. Got takeout and brought to the room to eat because you couldn’t beat the view. Celebrating my husbands birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary.

Beautiful Views and Clean Accommodations

I enjoyed renting this unit. It is tastefully decorated and very well kept and clean. The views are breathtaking. A few unavoidable things came up during my stay and Renata made sure things were taken care of and made right. I really appreciated her looking after things. The bed is comfy and so is the furniture. Kitchen is well stocked too. There is even a tea pot provided and that is not always the case. As a tea drinker, I appreciated that very much. Grocery store and drugstore are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants a short distance away too. Great place to rent!

Great View

The cleanliness of the lobby and elevators needed much improvement but the room itself was clean. Because of the recent storms, parking was difficult and of course the pools, restaurant, and lounging decks were closed. The view from this room was spectacular and we very much enjoyed sitting on the patio.

Corner Condo

We had a beautiful corner condo. The view was awesome! Check in was easy. A plaza across the street that had everything we needed. (Publix, restaurants, Dollar Tree, and liquor store) We were there just after Ian and had to leave when Nicole was arriving. All amenities were closed due to Ian, but we still enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views! Great location!

This property was close to perfect! For my husband and I, the size was “spot on”! We loved the sunrises in the morning and the balcony views were second-to-none! The king size bed was super comfy as was the leather furniture (although we spent more time on the balcony than we did watching tv). The patio chairs were solid and comfortable and perfect for morning coffee or “we’ve had enough sun” afternoon/evening drinks. As for thé resort, we really enjoyed the two pools (receiving different amounts of sun at different times) and the tiki bar. Groceries and liquor stores were right across the street, and bars and breakfast were within walking distance on the beach!!

Great beach getaway!

This property was exactly as described! The amenities were great. The bar/restaurant had great food & drinks. We loved how open & spread out the beach was. We were on our honeymoon & honestly couldn’t complain about anything. We even made friends out on the beach that we had an Easter meal with. Everyone was so nice that we came in contact with. There was an ice machine right out the door that came in handy. The parking deck wasn’t very crowded at all. We would definitely come back & recommend!!

A room with a view

Clean, modern and comfortable corner unit right on the beach along A1A. Balcony plus windows on two sides give beautiful beach views. Perfect for two people. Includes parking. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend!

Nice condo in a safe area

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The beach view is beautiful. The condo is within a resort and we were able to utilize resort amenities including parking, pools, and beach access. The building is just a little bit north of the busy Daytona Beach nightlife but there is still plenty within walking distance. Host provided plenty of information and ideas for our trip.

Long Weekend in Daytona

The stay was really good. The property is on the older side but it is well kept inside and out to include the condo. The staff are friendly and the tiki bar was a highlight with good bar food and drinks. You definitely get great value for the price of this condo.

Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed in this unit for our honeymoon. Overall, we had an amazing time. The view is beautiful, the bed was comfy, the unit was the perfect size for a couple who was just looking for something small and quaint for a few days. There were only a few minor issues that we had. The main one being the drain in the tub. The first night we arrived I showered, and immediately the tub was filling up with water. My husband cleaned out the drain, and I kid you not it looked like someone had literally shoved a wig down the drain, even the owner of this property was shocked. I contacted her, and she was immediately apologetic, and offered to have maintenance come up. But by that point my husband had already cleaned it out so there was no point. Other than that, this was an amazing place for us to stay. 10/10 other than that issue.

Great place to stay

Just as posted and described clean and the porch was great with a great view, the weather couldn't of been better. We stayed 5 nights. Daytona is a layed back area not much traffic. The beach was amazing. Walking, driving distance to lots of places to eat. Only the Tiki bar was open at the resort. I would suggest a topper on the bed but other than that no complaints.

Location is a very nice corner unit, comfortable, clean, with a quick elevator ride to the Beach, Pool and Tiki bar. With a shopping center located across the road and local restaurants within walking distance, it made our trip a breeze.

Amazing view

My husband and I rented this for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It's exactly as described on the website. The view is amazing. You can lay in bed and see the beautiful ocean. It's spacious enough for two people. I love how they have a closest and dresser that you can unload your belongs and put away your luggage. The parking deck was great too for those rainy days. We rented a golf cart from a place that was within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive because we did have a slight snag when we arrived getting our key and parking pass. But was resolved with one phone call. We would definitely rent this condo again!
