You can see this straight away in the generously dimensioned living room with its floor-length windows. This room is split into two zones: The
comfortable living area with its seating arrangement, cable TV and stereo system makes you feel right at home thanks to its alpine country style. In addition, there is also a beautiful dining area with a corner bench and table.

The separate kitchen is just a few steps away from the living room, and it boasts top-quality equipment including a dish washer and automatic coffee machine, and sparkles in every respect. Hobby chefs will really enjoy cooking here.

Tolle kompakte, moderne Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Blick auf die Berge und die Sprungschanze. Super gelegen, kommt man per pedes schnell ins Zentrum oder zum spazieren in die Natur. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Holiday stay in Garmisch
We had an excellent stay in this property through the holidays! It was a cozy home away from home with easy access to mountain trails and not too far of a drive from skiing. The parking spot was in an underground garage with easy access to the house. The property management company was amazing and very understanding when we thought we misplaced the keys for a little while (luckily we found them) and even helped us when we forgot something at the property. Really excellent service and great people!

Hervorragende Lage, gute Ausstattung
Die Lage war super, ein paar Laufminuten von der Schanze entfernt, alles war gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto in 6 Tagen nicht bewegt. Die Ausstattung war für 2 Personen sehr komfortabel, wenn unsere beiden Teenager-Kinder mit dabei gewesen wären, wäre es etwas eng geworden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Es war alles gut, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Schlüssel muss man am entgegen gesetzten Ende der Stadt abholen, das war für uns, da wir ohne Auto kamen ein strammer Fußmarsch mit Gepäck. Bei der Abreise konnten wir den Schlüssel zum Glück einfach in der Wohnung lassen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem was nach den Wanderungen echt super war ! Vielen Dank !
