Schöne Wohnung mit Mängeln

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig, was man aber nicht auf den ersten Blick sehen konnte. Wir haben es in der Vermietungsagentur gemeldet, und wurden auch sehr freundlich behandelt. Allerdings hatte ich selber schon geputzt beziehungsweise alles sauber gemacht, so dass ich nicht sagen kann, wie es gewesen wäre, wenn ich es der Agentur überlassen hätte. Unser Aufenthalt in Zingst war trotzdem sehr schön, die Lage war super und die Wohnung auch sehr ruhig.

Urlaub im Herbst

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Zingst. Die Fewo ist super gelegen. Sehr zentral und somit ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wegen der Sackgassenlage sehr ruhig. Nach 100 m steht man auf dem Deich. Werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen und uns um diese Wohnung bemühen.

Wohnung entsprach den Erwartungen. Nur die Dusche und Duschkabine mit Stockflecken

Alles perfekt!

Ich hatte 3 wundervolle Wochen in dieser Wohnung in Zingst. Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben, alles tip-top sauber. Die Lage fast direkt am Hafen, ca.10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Der Kontakt bei A+F in Zingst war sehr freundlich . Spontane Verlängerungswoche war problemlos möglich. Da ich Sonntags An/Abgereist bin, wurden die Schlüssel in einem kleinen Tresor deponiert. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Nur auf WLan muss man verzichten, was in Zingst wohl in vielen Ferienwohnungen noch fehlt. Ist allerdings am Kurhaus per Hotspot kostenlos. Zingst und Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, Natur und Landschaft pur. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, auch gerne wieder über A+F buchen. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Für mich waren es 3 perfekte Wochen.
