Gut aber ausbaufähig

Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub gut gefallen. Scharbeutz und alle umliegenden Städte haben viel zu bieten. Die Unterkunft war sauber und passend eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Lage des Muschel-Hauses. Es liegt direkt an der Zufahrtsstraße, alle Wohnmobile fahren also direkt an der Terrasse vorbei (und das sind gerade am Wochenende ganz schön viele). Da die Straße leider nicht asphaltiert ist, wurden wir kräftig eingestaubt, das muss unbedingt geändert werden. Genauso ungünstig ist die Parksituation, wir hatten keine Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses sondern mussten eine ganz schöne Strecke zurücklegen um dieses zu erreichen. Der Spielplatz ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber nett und bespielbar. Leider ist dieser auch ganz am Ende der Anlage und so mussten wir immer ein Stück laufen um diesen zu erreichen. Desweiteren wird hinten in der Anlage gebaut, sicher auch keine Erholung für die Häuser die direkt daneben stehen, wir haben vorne a er von dem Baulärm nichts mitbekommen. Alles in allem war der Urlaub wie gesagt schön, aber die Anlage hat eindeutig mehr Potenzial und wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht.

Alles prima. Alles was man braucht im Urlaub ist da. Schöne Terasse und Brötchen zum Frühstück gibt's auf dem Platz.

Leider gar keine gute Lage

Das Objekt war sehr klein und eng.....die Lage an einen mit vielen Wohnmobien und Baufahrzeuge befahrenen Schotterweg....sehr viel Staub und für ein Kleinkind und auch für uns Erwachsene unakzeptabel. Das Wasser wurde nicht richtig warm und das auch erst wenn man es sehr lange laufen ließ....was für eine Verschwendung. Der Minibackofen war nicht vorhanden, die Mikrowelle erst nutzbar nachdem die Rezeption eine Bedienungsanleitung zu Verfügung gestellt hat!! Alle Infos im Haus waren auf Englisch und Französisch 😞 im GästeWC. Die Wohneinheiten stehen sehr eng auf einem Grundstück, sodass es wenig Privatsphäre gibt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht!!! KANN ES LEIDER GAR NICHT WEITEREMPFEHLEN!!!!
