Cozy finca with pool, terrace and garden near Manacor, ideal for families

The owner does not charge any cancellation fees up to 28 days before arrival for the travel year 2023 & 2024.

The perfectly equipped finca is located on a large, fenced plot in the immediate vicinity of Villa Carlos , both together offer space for 22 people.

First floor:
On the first floor there is the spacious living and dining room with open kitchen in rustic style, a bedroom with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower and a utility room.

Second floor:
Here are the other four bedrooms, three of them with double beds (one measures 160 cm x 200 cm, two are 180 cm x 200 cm) and one bedroom with four single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms with double beds and the quadruple bedroom have an en suite bathroom (the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub). A further shower room is available to all guests. The large balcony offers a wonderful panoramic view. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.

Outdoor area:
In front of the living and dining area is a large, covered terrace with lounge furniture and views of the pool and surrounding fields. The barbecue is housed in a separate cottage right by the pool, here is another dining area for 12 people.

Pool:
10 m x 5 m, depth: 80 cm - 200 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. Arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays in August. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night).
The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: More information on tourist tax . Electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of 35kw/day. For higher electricity consumption, the cost is €0.26 per kw/h + 21% Spanish VAT.

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning. Intermediate cleaning is not offered.

Speakers for USB or SD card, tumble dryer, mosquito screen, hairdryer, firewood, trampoline with safety net, table tennis, volleyball court (14 m x 10 m), a basketball hoop and a dartboard, swing, slide and toys for toddlers.
