Across the street from the building is a local shopping center with a Kaufland supermarket, and a second supermarket, Aldi, is a 3-minute walk away. There is also a number of restaurants and pizzerias nearby from which you can arrange food delivery. Nearby vast green areas in Morasko and Żurawiniec nature reserve are popular among joggers, and water sports enthusiasts can visit the municipal swimming pool located 500 m from the apartment. A huge advantage of this location is the convenience of access to other districts of Poznan: right next to the building is a bus stop, and in 5 minutes walk you can get to the stop of Poznan fast streetcar (PST), which reaches the city center in 10-15 minutes. The drive to the airport takes about 20 minutes by car.

On the mezzanine, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and in one of them you can additionally find a functional "home office" corner perfect for working with a laptop. The apartment is professionally finished in a modern style, with a thoughtful color theme and a decorative neon sign on the living room wall. In addition, the standard of stay is elevated by a wide range of amenities. The living room has a SmartTV with Internet access and 127 TV channels, and throughout the apartment guests can connect via free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber optic Internet. Fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom (washing machine, household appliances, hair dryer) provide our guests with independence during their stay.
