Villa Stirling is the perfect villa for boaters. A very short boat trip without bridges and locks leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico.

The villa is very comfortably furnished and has a spacious, bright living room with comfortable seating and a TV.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool bath. (toilet / sink).

There are 3 flatscreen TV'S.

Large sliding glass doors give access to the terrace and pool area. The magnificent view of the tropical garden and the canal invites you to linger and is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail. The beautiful pool can of course be heated electrically.

There is also a dining table for 8 people as well as a BBQ gas grill for the perfect steak in the perfect ambiance.

LOCATION
Villa Stirling is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in the noble Rosegarden quarter. In a few minutes you can reach by car the marinas Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point with various restaurants. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful location

At nighttime we found roaches walking on kitchen cabinets and countertops. Perhaps you can put some type of window treatments on living room windows, nighttime people can see right in. Other rentals we have stayed had games, cards, pens, paper etc. House was beautiful but had only bare essentials

Winter Family Vacation

We had a great time at this house. Being on the canal was amazing and we heard and saw dolphins often! The pool was smaller but perfect for our kids. Everything was clean and the location was both close to many things but also tucked back enough that it felt private and peaceful. Great stay!!

As advertised and then some

The property manager was very responsive. We had the information to get into the house well before our arrival. House was clean with a large pool area and beautiful dock to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the boats go by. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. If we come back to Cape Coral we will be repeat customers!

Excellent neighbourhood

The villa was very clean and in a lovely street, with excellent water access and views. Monika & Alex were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
