Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch im Haus ist alles sauber und es geht sehr ruhig zu. Da man den Aufzug benutzen kann, spielt die Lage in der 3. Etage keine Rolle. Dies ist eher ein Vorteil, den von hier oben hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und die Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber. Die Lage ist einmalig und der Blick auf das Meer wirklich besonders. Obwohl es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr kalt war, war die Wohnung sehr gut beheizbar. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in ca. 2km Entfernung. Die Umgebung direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es aber auch dort Bausünden aus der Vergangenheit. Diese befinden such aber auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes und stören daher nicht allzu sehr.

Perfekter Kururlaub

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben, sehr schön, sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung, groß genug, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick auf die Nordsee ist unvergleichlich schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro war erstklassig. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage, sie war auch sehr sauber. Leider fand ich zwei Stühle in der Wohnung etwas wenig. Vielleicht würde ein Hocker oder zwei der Wohnung gut tun. Vor allem , wenn man viel gelaufen ist und möchte die Füße mal hochlegen. Im Wohnraum die Couch hat wohöl schon Generationen hinter sich und ist sehr durchgesessen, da sollte mal etwas passieren. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert und in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß und der Schrank bieten genügend Stauram. Auch die Wohnküche ist ausreichend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Staumöglichkeiten in der Küchenzeile sind etwas begrennzt. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Die Aussicht vom kleinen Wintergarten ist grandios. Hier hätten wir uns allerdings etwas bequemere, am besten verstellbare Stühle gewünscht. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
