Mauvaise expérience

Nous n'avons pas pris la location et comme nous étions dimanche je n'ai pas appelé l'assistante de chez NOVASOL, je n'ai pas eu le droit à un remboursement. La personne qui nous a accueillis était bien mais vu l'état de la location, nous avions loué avec garage pas possibilité de le trouver et la conciergerie n'avait pas la clé. Donc nous avons préféré ne pas prendre le logement trop dégradé. Nous avons donc pris un hôtel. Je pense que vous ne pouvez rien faire mais il faudrait voir cette location et les photos ne correspondent pas au produit loué.
