Die Fewo war sehr sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend. Alles war in Ordnung. Inventar und Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. Die Korbstühle sollten ausgetauscht werden, da man auf diesen nicht lange sitzen kann. Zwei Sessel wären angebracht.

Sehr ordentliche, neu und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohung.

Mehrere ähnliche Ferienwohnungen liegen in einem Gebäudekomplex zusammen und haben dadurch einen gemeinsamen Zugangsbereich mit gemeinsamen Fahrradständern, kleinem Kinderspielplatz und Sitzgruppe mit Aschenbecher. Dort trifft man sich, raucht und schwatzt. Die Wohnung 211 liegt direkt neben diesem Bereich mit dem entsprechenden Eintrag von Geräuschen und Gerüchen. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Umluftofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Töpfen und Geschirr sehr gut. Die Aufteilung mit Kinderzimmer, Küche und Essbereich im OG, während Wohnzimmer, Bad und Elternschlafzimmer im EG liegen, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und für kleine Kinder angesichts der offenen Treppe ungeeignet. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist wichtig und erfordert routiniertes Rangieren und kleinen Wendekreis. Eine bessere Beleuchtung der Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, eine Mikrowelle und Fliegengitter könnte man sich höchstens noch wünschen. Einzig echter Mangel aus persönlicher Sicht: Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind bretthart.

Von unserer Ferienwohnung waren wir total begeistert !!Sie war sehr groß, super sauber , sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wir fanden alles vor , was man in seinem eigenen Haushalt auch so hat . Wir haben die Woche Urlaub rundum genossen und kommen gerne wieder !!

Zentrale Lage. Kurzer Weg Zum Strand.

Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermietungsagentur war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell.

Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung. Die kleine Terrasse liegt im Innenhof und ist als solche eher nicht zu gebrauchen (keine Privatsphäre und eher eine Sitzgelegenheit). Leider war im Badehaus die Pumpe defekt und dadurch das ganze Badehaus (inkl. Sauna) gesperrt. Darauf ist leider niemand eingegangen. Ansonsten war in der Wohnung alles an seinem Platz und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Wie schon seit vielen Jahren hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, die Appartements toll geschnitten, WLAN ist gut und es gibt ein kleines Schwimmbad mit Sauna. Das Strandjuwel liegt zentral an der Einkaufsstrasse und ist auch mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand verbunden. Kühlungsborn ist ein Reise wert. Unser Appartement haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern belegt. Genug Platz ist auf alle Fälle. Auf der Empore ist der Essbereich angelegt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Über den architektonischen Schnitt der Wohnung kann man geteilter Meinung sein. Sicherlich hätte noch mehr Wohnfläche geschaffen werden können. Aber wir sind ja im Urlaub ...

Tolle Wohnen in toller Lage!

Die Wohnung ist in super Lage direkt im Zentrum und am Meer. Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, da die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können!

Super Ferienanlage.. Liegt sehr zentral und die Geschäfte sind direkt vor der Tür 😊 Bis zum Strand sind es 3 min Fußweg 😊 Dje Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr gepflegt… Kommen gerne wieder 😍
