Your holiday home Sunset Loft is located in a quiet residential street on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house and offers you all the amenities for a relaxing vacation on the island. A particular highlight is the beautiful west-facing balcony, from which you can marvel at magnificent sunsets! From your apartment, you can reach the center of Westerland in just a few minutes – only about 8 minutes' walk separate you from the bustling Friedrichstraße with its beautiful boutiques and various restaurants and cafes. The expansive beach is within walking distance in just 7 minutes, and the Sylter Welle leisure pool, the train station, and shops for daily needs are nearby. Therefore, you can leave your car safely in the parking space that belongs to the apartment!

Your Sunset Loft holiday apartment welcomes you with upscale, modern interior design on approximately 40 sqm and offers space for up to two people. Completely renovated and completely newly furnished in 2023, you will feel like you're in a luxury hotel suite here: The large, bright room exudes a fresh feel-good atmosphere with its noble wall color and is cleverly divided so that you will fall in love with the small, exclusive holiday home immediately upon entering.
Upon entering, the ultra-modern kitchen immediately catches your eye – in elegant green tones and with modern, high-quality equipment such as a Bora cooktop, Siemens oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, a Nespresso, and a WMF filter coffee machine. After enjoyable cooking, the round dining table with comfortable swivel chairs invites you to socialize. Through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows, you have a view over the rooftops of Westerland while enjoying your meal!
The sleeping area radiates a comfortable, cozy atmosphere due to the exquisite wall design. You'll want to sink into the handcrafted double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) from the luxury brand Schramm immediately – here you will sleep soundly after eventful vacation days! The practical built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space and storage for your luggage.
The highlight of your Sunset Loft holiday home is the large covered west-facing balcony, where you can relax on warm days in the lounge furniture or enjoy the magnificent sunsets with a drink in the evening. From your outdoor room, the view extends over the rooftops of Westerland to the dune! On cooler evenings, the large, stylish, and above all cozy sofa and the armchair in the living area invite you to relax – perhaps for an entertaining TV evening? A modern flat-screen TV with a swiveling screen also makes it possible to enjoy your favorite series comfortably from bed.
Next door is the modern, tasteful bathroom with high-quality, dark fittings that stand in great contrast to the light marble tiles. Enjoy the sparkling rain shower and the luxury of underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the utility room in the basement.

To immediately immerse yourself in the vacation feeling, a made nest awaits you upon your arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you receive two towels, two bath towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25,- Euro per person (excluding children under 3 years old). For good health: for hygienic reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking. Additionally, we would like to inform you that a tourist tax for adult guests is levied on the island of Sylt. We calculate this fee with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality—your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. We charge a fee of 29,- Euro for your booking.
