Localização excelente

Imóvel grande, confortável, super bem equipado. Apesar de bem antigo, tudo limpo, nada de colchões ruins ou com cheiro de guardado. Voltaria lá novamente com certeza.

Ótima casa

Passamos ao todo 3 noites na casa. A localização é ótima, perto do centro da cidade, os caseiros foram sempre muito gentis e solícitos. As acomodações estavam todas bem arrumadas e espaçosas, gostamos bastante. A única coisa que posso dizer de ponto negativo foram as goteiras na cozinha, mas ao partir a dona já estava informada e resolvendo a situação, bastante solicita :)

Ótima estadia

Eu e minha família passamos um ótimo final de semana no imóvel da Sra. Priscila, muito atenciosa e educada, a qual, antes de irmos, esclareceu rapidamente todas as duvidas que possuíamos em relação a residencia. A casa condiz com todas as informações do anuncio, tendo uma localização privilegiada, bem como estava muito limpa e organizada. Também, fomos atendidos pelo caseiro, Sr. Silvio, o qual ficou a disposição para tirarmos duvidas ou recebermos sugestões de Campos a todo momento. Ainda, pelo fato da casa possuir caseiro, o Check-In e Out ficou facilitado, o que, ao meu ver, é um grande diferencial em relação a outros imoveis. Portanto, recomendo muito a casa e certamente voltarei mais vezes!!

Todos os anos faço a locação dessa casa, é extremamente limpa, bem localizada, e muito aconchegante . Eu e meus amigos não perdemos um ano sem ir em campos do jordão. Recomendo!!!

ESPAÇO E CONFORTO!

Passamos dias muito agradáveis. A casa possui um gigante e belo gramado. Todos os cômodos são bem amplos. Como as salas são grandes, todos podiam ficar juntos no mesmo ambiente, que é muito acolhedor. Por ser térrea, a circulação na casa toda fica fácil, e como estávamos com duas senhoras de 90 anos, isso foi um diferencial. A localização não poderia ser melhor: em duas quadras já se chega ao centrinho de Capivari. Nem precisa usar o carro. Tudo estava limpo, e funcionando. Como a casa é antiga, a decoração é um charme a mais. As janelas dos banheiros e da cozinha não fecham muito bem, por serem antigas, mas nada que tenha perturbado nossa bela estadia. A proprietária Priscila é muito correta e atenciosa. Recomendo com certeza esse imóvel!
