About this property

This detached house, located in a small hamlet 300m from the beach, will be the ideal base for your vacations in Finistère. A former farmhouse, the house has retained the charm of its stone walls and exposed beams. On the ground floor you'll find a living room with pellet stove for family meals and winter evenings by the fire, a fully-equipped independent kitchen, and a shower room with toilet.

The staircase leads to 3 upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and double washbasin, plus separate wc. The 1st bedroom has a 2-person bed 140cmX190cm and a large closet, while the second bedroom is ideal for 1 child with a 1-person bed 90x190cm. The last bedroom is large and equipped with a 2-person bed 140x190cm and a small sea view.

Outside, young and old alike can enjoy a private area for barbecues, reading on the deckchairs or playing on the lawn, lulled by the sound of the sea.
