Enjoy staying close to the historic center without being affected by the turbulent urban rhythms of life. Lucca is one of the few Italian cities that has preserved intact its ancient walls, within which the city center is located, and also houses the most ancient basilica in Tuscany. Be sure to visit the Duomo, the Cathedral of San Martino. Lucca is also a culturally very active city that hosts many events. The proximity to Versilia allows you to spend a day at the beach or attend the Puccini Festival, which takes place in Torre del Lago Puccini in the summer. While there, don't forget to take your children to Pisa to admire the world famous Leaning Tower.
