The vacation apartment with separate access is located in the basement of a residential building on the owner's 1500 square meter residential property. The small housing estate is located on the edge of a nature reserve, only about 300 meters from a swimming area on Lake Plau. The apartment, which was last renovated in 2020, is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double bed, small sitting area, TV, radio), a small passage room (sofa bed, additional possibility for a crib), a completely newly equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dining area, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower/WC with underfloor heating). There is also a furnished outdoor seating area with sun loungers, barbecue and campfire area, sunbathing area and parking space and, for a fee, sauna (from 01.04.) and W-LAN. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Laundry package (if desired), W-LAN 8 EUR.

The climatic health resort of Plau am See is a small town in the Mecklenburg Lake District with a long tradition as a resort. At 38.4 km², the lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Bathing beaches, boat and bicycle hire, a diving and sailing school, climbing park, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities are all located in the town. There is also an old town worth seeing with numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
