Inside 2/2 is updated with new firm/plush beds, new high quality sheets, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and all that you need for a comfortable stay. New kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and butcher block, drawer dishwasher, double oven. New 48 inch TV, cable and wifi. Outside is private patio opening to private common area, views of mountains and golf course. Great restaurants within walking distance, as is grocery and the best trail system in Phoenix area. Fantastic Accomodations

My son and I went to Phoenix for a short golf trip for spring break. The accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean and communication with the owner was excellent. Great location for golfing or hiking. Would recommend this condo to any of my friends.

Small and somewhat eclectic condo

This was a small two bedroom condo. We stayed for a few weeks as a couple and it served our purposes well. The beds and sofa were very comfortable...bathrooms clean and great showers. The only thing of note is that for two couples it would be crowded and only one of the bathrooms is upstairs with the two bedrooms. The front door handle needs to be addressed by the owner, who was very helpful. Great lemon tree over the patio.
