This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park with a walk out patio to the village.

First floor 1 BR with brand new king size memory foam mattress and new linens, a full kitchen & bath (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), new pull-out sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include walk-out patio, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during winter), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, free wifi, easy access to laundry (literally across the hall) and access to slopes and trails. There is no Air Conditioner in my unit, in the building or in the entire Fraser Valley for the most part.

If you are someone who values being first in lift line in the morning or hitting the last run in the day, you cannot beat this location!!

Can’t wait to do it again!
This was our 2nd time staying in Zephyr Slopeside this season and we are so glad we found this listing! Great location, place was nice and clean, and really had everything we needed. Highly recommend! We will be using you all again for our visit next year!

Great room with easy access to slopes!
We had a great stay in this room which was accurately described. The room had a comfy feel to it and was sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The bed was one of the more comfy ones slept in at the Zephyr Lodge. Thank you for making our stay a great one! We will keep this room in mind for our next trip to Winter Park.

Fantastic location & King bed for ski week in Zephyr Mountain Lodge #1104 in the slopeside building
Building is right next to gondola! Condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We didn't use the queen sleeper sofa, but did open to see how it was - VERY comfortable! Ground floor unit also allows for exit from balcony/patio. Snow plows had pushed up a snow pile which we appreciated because it gave privacy for the windows (we left blinds open for natural light & didn't worry about closing at night), and we were able to walk up & over the snow (had fun building "steps" into the snow!). Well-built building, we never heard anyone above us Building is true ski-in/ski-out accessed from the hot tub area just past the very convenient ski lockers. Even this unit's locker location in the locker room is great, right by the entry/exit door. Easy location to walk the village, shop, or grab a bite to eat. Driving or free shuttle into town of Winter Park is a quick trip & building's underground heated parking, $21/day, is great if you bring a vehicle. Stairs up from the garage open just outside condo's door, or use elevators just down the hall. Plenty of pushcarts on-site for moving luggage easily Hot tub area, w/ two tubs for Slopeside end of bldg and more tubs for Riverside end, is fantastic for relaxing after a day of skiing! Gas logs fireplace was cheery to sit by in the evening and easy to operate with a timer mechanism that we could set for how long. Large screen TV's for streaming w/your own logins (but its not Roku TV). Traci & Dan were friendly & easy to communicate with.

I love the mountians and one of my favorite places to be is Winter Park. My goal is to provide an updated, clean, well stocked and kept place for you and your family to enjoy the great outdoors.

Why they chose this property

Since I purchased the condo in 2016 I have replaced TV's, Stove, Carpet, Countertops, Couch, Mattress with memory foam, End Table, Coffee Table, Sofa Table, Refrigerator, Pots/Pans and many other items. I added a twin convertible chair. I have a great location with a patio that walks straight out to the village, parking 1 flight of stairs or elevator ride from the garage and a walk down the hall and out to the slopes.
