This apartment is located on the third floor of a residence in the heart of the La Villa mountain resort, in Alta Badia. It is a typical South Tyrolean building just a few meters from the ski slopes of the Sella Ronda, the largest ski resort in Europe. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and consists of a comfortable living room with an equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and two bathrooms. Through an independent entrance outside the apartment, on the same floor, there is another double bedroom with bathroom. The apartment has two terraces with stunning mountain views. Within the residential complex, there is also a ski deposit. The area is very quiet, just minutes from the supermarket and major services. In the same residential complex, on the upper floor, there is the apartment La Villa2, which can accommodate 4 more people and which can be rented together.

WIFI wäre in der heutigen Zeit schon schön. Eine Kochstelle war defekt. Eingangstürschloss im EG hakt starkt. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Gruppenausflug

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung! Was nirgends erwähnt wird ist, dass es sich um ein normales Mietshaus handelt und die weiteren Bewohner sehr geräuschempfindlich sind! Das „geräumige“ Wohnzimmer ist die Wohnküche auf dem Foto und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen ist da nichts mehr geräumig. Wir hatten keine Musik an und saßen nur beisammen, und irgendjemand war es immer zu laut!Die Kommunikation war sehr beschwerlich, wir hatten bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts keinen einzigen Schlüssel, mit dem sich die Haustür öffnen ließ! Die Leute aus der Pizzeria waren täglich so freundlich, uns die Tür aufzumachen; sonst wäre es ganz schön blöd geworden! Der Vermieter hat uns einmal noch Schlüssel an die Tür geheftet, die aber ebenfalls nicht funktioniert haben. Die Dame von der Agentur hat immer sehr, sehr verzögert geantwortet und war überhaupt nicht hilfreich! WLAN gab es ebenfalls nicht, was blöd ist, wenn die ganze Skipassbuchung online gemacht werden soll! Fazit: die Wohnung ist ok, und wenn die Schlüssel und das WLAN funktioniert hätten, wäre meine Bewertung besser ausgefallen. Der Herd ist auch ziemlich abgewirtschaftet, eigentlich funktionieren nur 2 von 4 Platten.. So kommt aber eins zum anderen und es hat mich als Organisatorin des Ausflugs extrem genervt, dass nichts so richtig funktioniert hat!

Muffa e sporcizia

Siamo stati molto delusi da questo appartamento. La posizione è comoda, gli altri inquilini tranquilli ma lo stato dell'appartamento è malsano Muffa nera nella camera da letto principale e nei quadri in cucina. Anche in bagno muffa nel soffitto. Abbiamo dovuto prendere gli antibiotici per gli occhi e la gola bruciava durante la notte. Cucina così sporca che non abbiamo potuto usarla. Sala da bagno dei bimbi con doccia inutilizzabile perché il getto va ovunque. In generale l'appartamento è sporco. L'agenzia è stata gentile e ci ha sempre risposto in modo serio e veloce. Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato un altro appartamento né una camera d'hotel libera altrimenti avremmo cambiato subito. Non lo consiglio.

Good position

Thanks to WeekeyRentals for taking great care of our family holiday from booking to checkout. The apartment we stayed in was in a very good position and very quiet with a wonderful view over the mountains The little town is very nice with small boutiques and restaurants. We were travelling all together so 2 parents and 4 kids and the house was big enough for all of us. Beautiful wooden forniture. Living area is very comfortable and useful open kitchen. We will recommend it to our friends. thanks again!
