Inspirierender Urlaub mit dem E-Bike

Das kleine, freistehende Häuschen mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf Sanremo und das Meer liegt im oberen Teil der Stadt. Das gesamte Anwesen ist eingezäunt und man hat innerhalb des Grundstücks einen eigenen PKW-Stellplatz, da man auf der engen Zufahrtsstraße (Sackgasse) nicht parken kann. Da wir die ganze Woche mit dem E-Bike unterwegs waren, war die Lage für uns kein Problem (15 Min. bis zum Meer bzw. bis zum Zentrum). Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet, die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, das Bett hat sehr gute Matratzen und der überdachte Außensitz ist einfach wunderbar - umgeben von Weinreben, Olivenbäumen und mediterranen Sukkulenten kann man hier zu jeder Tageszeit die Aussicht und die Ruhe genießen. Einzig die Dusche ist typisch italienisch, was Wasserdruck und Temperatureinstellung betrifft, aber der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat versprochen, sich darum zu kümmern. Es gibt auch ein Radio, einen Fernsehr (nur ital. Programme) und hauseigenes WLAN. Der Reiz dieses Urlaubs bestand für uns in der kontrastreichen Mischung aus der Ruhe des Anwesens und der Quirligkeit der Stadt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Heerlijk verblijf

Goede en snelle communicatie. Alles was aanwezig in het huisje, zelfs er spullen tegen muggen. Als je de juiste route naar beneden neemt dan ben je binnen 15 min in het centrum van Sanremo. Terug is wat heftiger want dan moet je echt klimmen. De combinatie van een huisje met een tuin en de stad zo dichtbij was voor ons ideaal.

Ein schöner Ort

Eigentlich war es ziemlich so , wie wir erwartet hatten nach den Beschreibungen. Einfach nett und unkompliziert . Sehr schön waren die "Wohnplätze"draussen in diesem herrlichen , etwas verwilderten Garten mit Blick in die Weite und auf's Meer. Das Auto liessen wir gerne stehen , die Wege sind evtl. etwas bescherlich in dieser Hanglage aber es hat Spass gemacht über die Altstadt nach Unten zu laufen und es gibt ja auch Busse ! Wir wären mit Vergnügen länger geblieben !

Ausblick Gegend ein Traum . Restaurants Strände nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen .

Haus sehr schön gelegen wie gewusst jedoch weit weg von Restaurants und Meer . Der Garten wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick .Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber alles,was man brauchte war da .

Super Aussicht

Super Lage oberhalb von San Remo,mit Blick auf den Hafen von San Remo.Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht.Uriger eingezäunter Garten mit Stellplätzen für zwei PKW.Alles in allem ein super Objekt wenn man mit Hunden reist.Einziger Nachteil ist die sehr enge Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus.

Eine sehr schöne Oase, in dem Trubel von sanremo.

Wir hatten Alles, was wir brauchten. Das kleine Haus ist sehr schön und der üppige Garten ein Traum. Es gab sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Schönes Domizil mit viel Charme

Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist etwas älter, hat aber alles was man braucht. Stellplatz fürs Auto, großer Garten. Das ganze Ambiente hat viel Charme und scheint Geschichten erzählen zu wollen. Toller Ausblick auf Stadt und Meer mit Hafen. Ideal zum Entspannen. Wir kommen wieder.

Panorama bellissimo

Il punto forte di questa casetta è sicuramente il giardino, dal quale si gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Essendo la casa in posizione rialzata rispetto al mare non è propriamente agevole spostarsi con l'auto, soprattutto se avete una macchina lunga. La casa è dotata di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare (piatti, stoviglie, pentole), il soggiorno è ampio con un comodo divano. La proprietà fornisce anche lenzuola ed asciugamani, la camera è piccola ma il letto è ok. Il bagno è minuscolo ed andrebbe rinnovato, tuttavia per pochi giorni di soggiorno va più che bene. Il giardino dispone di un bellissimo pergolato con un grande tavolo, ci sono la griglia e tanti alberi da frutto. Se avete cani occhio alla recinzione, i miei (taglia media) sono riusciti a trovare dei rialzi nella rete e ad uscire in strada. In generale, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e disponibilità del proprietario, anche se ho sempre interagito con un'intermediaria.

Two pleasant weeks

In this self catering cottage we stayed for two very pleasant weeks . It is situated in a narrow street in the upper outskirts of San Remo .This street leads , by foot, directly to the Santuario Madonna della Costa and from there you can walk, always down, trough little streets into the city. The house has a nice garden. This garden is in fact a terraced terrain with grapes and fruit trees . There was always a place in either the sun or shadow to choose from. From the house and the covered terrace there is a nice view over a part of the old harbour and over the sea. Do not expect great luxury but what you might need is there. The airco and wifi are nice extra’s. The bed sleeps okay , everything was clean and in the big cupboard in the bedroom there was enough space for our things. We could park the car behind a fence at the end of the terrain. We did not meet the owner but a nice lady welcomed us. However the owner could easily be reached by phone , he gave us directions how to find the house , always answered quickly and during our vacation he asked us if we were okay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Für Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer das perfkte Haus

Ein grosses Grundstück, ein Aussensitz mit super Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht, es ist nicht mehr neu, aber es funktioniert alles. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar falls was sein sollte, perfekt. Mann läuft in die Fußgängerzone 15 Minuten, zurück 20 Minuten, da nur bergauf. Falls wir wieder in der Gegend sind, würde ich wieder hier einchecken.
