pas d'accueil sur place de la propriétaire vaisselle sale ds les placards et propreté limite en genéral salle de bains minuscule apppartement qui devrait étre rafraichi pas de wifi contrairement à l'annonce loggia petite , si manger à 4 pas assez d'espace rapport qualité/prix mauvais

Super location

Logement fonctionnel et très bien situé. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Place de parking dans la résidence très appréciable. Une propriétaire accueillante et à l'écoute!

Superbe vue mais logement pas entretenu

La vue est sublime, l'emplacement parfait pour profiter de Bandol, la taille du logement fidèle à la description. Mais alors la propreté une catastrophe, il y avait une couche de poussière hallucinante partout. Les toilettes pas propres du tout, des taches de café sur les pieds de la table à manger, le filtre du lave-vaisselle pas nettoyé, et que dire de l'odeur de la moquette sur les marches pour monter à la chambre?... bref, à se demander si le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée alors que l'on avait pris l'option ménage. Le volet roulant de la terrasse est clairement à changer, on avait peur qu'il tombe à chaque fois qu'on l'utilisait. Et la salle de bain, aucune pression d'eau, vaut mieux pas avoir de longs cheveux... Bref, bien trop chère pour ce que c'est. Ce n'est pas seulement un rafraîchissement qu'il faut dans ce logement, mais clairement et surtout de l'entretien.
