Vista meravigliosa

Tutto perfetto ed ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e gode di una posizione perfetta oltre che di una vista incredibile sul mare. I proprietari, gentilissimi, si sono fatti sentire piu' volte per verificare che tutto procedesse senza problemi. E' stato un ottimo soggiorno per tutta la famiglia.

Super Lage!

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage, da sie zwischen den beiden Stränden Portisco Beach und Rena Bianca liegt, zu denen man jeweils 7 Minuten läuft. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage, die zwar schon älteren Baujahrs ist, jedoch gepflegt. Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist die Ecklage- somit hat man 2 mit Pflanzen bestückte Verandas mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Portisco. Auch die vielen Spiegel verleihen der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme. Sie ist sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man sich etwas eingearbeitet hat, findet man alles zum Kochen, einen Backofen gibt es nicht. Ein paar kleinere Reparaturen (Dusche, Küche) würden ihr gut tun. Auch ein Moskitogitter in den Schlafzimmern empfehle ich anzubringen, da man ansonsten nur mit Klimaanlage schlafen kann. Wir waren mit einem Baby dort, weshalb wir auf die Klimaanlage verzichten wollten, da sie direkt auf einen runter bläst. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und ich weiß nicht, wer auf dem oberen Bett schlafen soll...Für ein Kind ist es zu gefährlich, für einen Erwachsenen zu klein. Die Matratzen müssten erneuert werden, da die Knöpfe doch auf Dauer spürbar sind. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher waren in guter Qualität vorhanden! Die Vermieterin bemüht sich sehr, die Wünsche zu erfüllen, was aus der Ferne (Mailand) jedoch nicht ganz einfach ist. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In sowie das Auffinden des Objekts waren etwas schwierig. Durch eine bessere Beschreibung wäre das einfach zu lösen. Marina Portisco ab, links Via Naiadi und dann wieder links via Giasone (Schild Bouganville 3 und 4, nicht 7, das es nichr gibt) folgen. Zum Glück sprechen wir Spanisch, so dass wir das Nötigste in der Wohnung klären konnten. Wer Italienisch kann, ist klar im Vorteil. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Portisco Marina, da es ein Jachthafen ist, dementsprechend teuer und das Sortiment natürlich etwas eingeschränkt. Der nächste große (riesige) Supermarkt ist der Conad, den man in 15 min mit dem Auto erreicht. Ein Auto empfiehlt sich generell, denn die Anlage ist doch abgeschieden. Die Erkundung der Costa Smeralda sowie des Nordens der Insel sind von der Wohnung aus super möglich. Wir würden je nach Preis wieder kommen, denn die Lage und die Verandas der Wohnung sind genial! Für 5 Personen wäre die Wohnung geeignet, wenn man das Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer (Schlafcouch) sowie das Sofa im Wohnzimmer (2. Schlafcouch) erneuert. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Wohnung!

Amazing apartment near one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

I travel a lot for work and leisure. I also manage vacation rentals myself in Utah's ski country. Annamarie's two bedroom apartment in the Portisco Marina is one if the best rentals I have ever stayed at. Very well equipped. Comfortable and inviting. There are three separate outdoor patios/terraces with amazing views of the ocean, beautiful potted plants, outdoor dining table and sitting areas. Each room inside has an air conditioning unit for the days/evenings that were hot. The internet functioned perfectly for me to work while I was traveling - often on one of the patios looking out at the ocean. The famous Rena Bianca beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and deserving of its reputation of fine white sandy and the gorgeous crystal clear water. The Portisco marina is also only a mile away with restaurants and a grocery store that has everything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in the Costa Smeralda area of Sardinia. Truly a gem! Thank you for hosting us!!
